I did, then didn't (and it got to be too much and I got a bit overweight), and now I've been trying to stick to one again and eat well, too. I do at least 20 jumping jacks, 20 pilates push-ups, 20 sit-ups/crunches, and 20 reps of curls with 5 lb. weights.

I'm on the swim team at my high school and it's a real great way to get in shape. On average I swim around two miles a day(three hours).
-
i wake up walk down the stairs...eat walk back up the stairs...walk down the stairs and use the restroom, then eat and walk back up the stairs... that process is repeated throughout the day...

Yeah - Pump class twice a week (an hour of weights to music - bloody hard work!). 1 heavy weights session a week. Bike riding to and from work every day (up to an hour and a half but usually 15-20 minutes each way). Running 2 or 3 times a week - 20 minutes to an hour each. 1 lunch-time training session that I lead with my sister each week. 1 half hour boxing session a week. 1 boxing circuit class a week. Swimming when I remember... Not bad for a 40 year old!

Yes, I weight lift everyday from Monday to Friday. I weight lift for about an hour each day in a class that I have. On Friday, I weight lift twice. (Once at school and once at the YMCA.) Every Sunday, I go to the YMCA to swim. During the Summer when the weather is nice, I enjoy bike rides everyday. You can see that I'm a very active person. I love exercising.

Sorta, in that I go regularly to the gym, but my actual workout differes day to day depending on what I feel like, injuries, availability of machines etc. But my weekly routine goes something like this: Mon evening - 1 1/2 - 2 hours gym. Weights then lengthy cardio. Tues evening - weights, maybe relax in the sauna/steam room after. Wed Afternoon - Train with my rowing crew. On water if possible, Ergo session and weights/run otherwise Thurs - day off today. Enjoy the TV. Fri - same as Monday, cardio andw eights. Sat Morning - Train with rest of rowing crew/ Racing. Sun - Racing/weights and sauna. Generally my cardio sessions are about 30-35 mins on a treadmill at varying speeds/inclines to train my body at different intensities throughout each session. More than 20mins = fat burning. More than 40 mins = protein burning, so to reduce muscle breakdown I stop before this. Naturally, because I row my cardio sessions also often involve Ergos - 5000m or a 1000m sprint. I don't go on these too much if I have trained with my crew on them to prevent overtraining certain muscle groups which can lead to injuries.

I run two blocks a day since I quit smoking. Everyday, I'm trying to go a little further than the last day. Maybe by next year, I'll run a mile.
-
I go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week and if the weathers nice i walk to and from work which take about 45 mins each way.
-
yes I do in my room and do random stair stepper moves and some leg lifts. It takes about 30-40 minutes
-
Yes I do although for personal reasons this has gone out of the window for a while. I run each day, I have a stretching routine that I HAVE to do.I use my stepper. When I am in proper routine I go to dance class and the Gym, it is one of my forms of Social life. I swim also. I like to exercise I cannot say exactly how long at the moment only about 30 min a day is spent on exercise but when i get back into my routine ir depends how good I feel EDIT I am now back in the Gym for about 8 hours a week minimum plus my dance and swimming.
-
I don't do a damn thing lately. I used to be an exercise buff and work out all the time. When I hit 40 that desire has slowed down and now it's at a complete stop. There are a few reasons for this but I won't bore you.
-
I do yoga and pilates for about 45 mins 3/4x a week it hits everything and I have grown an inch taller.

Living on the ocean in Florida makes exercise easy for me. My schedule is something like this: Exercise: Morning swim in the ocean no matter what the weather. About two hundred yards at full speed. Walk back upstairs, 3, 4, even 5 flights. Breakfast. I make my own oatmeal from scratch, 30 minutes. ANSWERBAG Read. Newspapers More exercise: Gym: some weights, then 40 minutes at full speed (3.5 MPH) on the treadmill. Read. (Don Quixote, right now) Rest of the day: beach, swim, bullsh with the guys, maybe tennis if its not too hot. 4-5 PM go to Fidelity Office. Check my stocks. See if I have any money left. 6 PM More exercise by shaking my martini shaker. 7 PM Dinner made by the Love of My Life. If there are matches in Miami I go to the fights. Otherwise, movies, ballet, HBO. Before bed ANSWERBAG. Bed, Sometimes more exercise there, when the LoML is in the mood.

I run an average of 30 to 35 miles a week, typically. It's less during a taper (the weeks before a marathon) and more when in the heart of training (far from marathons, when the long runs are longer). My runs are at all different speeds, from fast 10k's to slower paced runs with the wife to 13 to 20 mile marathon pace runs. In between runs I hit the gym at least once a week, for upper body training and some time on the elliptical. I also try to run my dogs every morning a mile or two, but don't always get out of bed quick enough. It's a great wake up, the dogs love it and it only takes 15 to 20 minutes from start to finish.
-
Yes, I run 25 miles a week minimum, I have a pool so when it is really hot out, to hot for running I swim laps for about 45 mins, then hit the treadmill, and I do weights at least 4 times a week. I am only a 15 year old girl, I just hope I can keep this routine up and slowly get better. I hope to next year run a marathon:)

Mondays- Mornings I do 15 minutes jumping rope, followed by 40 minutes weight training, then another 15 minutes jumping rope. During lunch or in the evening I run 3 miles. While everyone in the house is in bed I do 500 crunches. Tuesdays- In the mornings I do a workout video (either boot camp type or pilates). If there is time I run about 5 miles (if no time I don't worry about it). In the evening I do 500 crunches. Wednesdays- SAME AS MONDAYS Thursdays- SAME AS TUESDAYS Fridays- SAME AS MONDAYS & WEDNESDAY Saturdays- in the early morning run 8 to 10 miles and still do the 500 crunches in the evening. Sundays- do another long run OR do nothing.

Mon-Sat in the mornings from 8-9, I go to the gym for an hour, Then I go home and walk my dog for 1/2 hour in the park. Then in the afternoon I ride my exercise bike for an hour from 3-4 then I take my dog for an other 1/2 walk in the park. On Sunday's the gym is closed that I go to so I ride my exercise bike for an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon. Between riding the exercise bike I walk my dog in the park.

I bike to work, except when I have a flat tire or my bike gets stolen, then I walk to work, a distance of about 8 km. On my day off, I would sometimes go on a long bike ride immediately after work, often to San Francisco, once each to Oakland, Santa Cruz, Sunol, and Hollister, twice to Pacifica. I have biked to Half Moon Bay, Gilroy, Sausalito and San Leandro. Such rides could occur at any time of the year, including one ride to San Bruno on Christmas.
-
I run 2-3 times a week...more when I'm in training for a half marathon. I also try to do yoga every so often to stretch out and unwind.
