Satan has already been judged. He's the son of perdition. Perdition = Judged, found guilty & sentenced to die. He's only still around because there's a trial going on and everyone still has to give their testimony. When the trials over, then comes judgment day for us. Satan and anyone that chose to be with him instead of God are thrown in the Lake of Fire. God is that Lake of Fire and like putting a drop of water into the sea, the identity of that drop is lost.

No, Jesus says clearly:“Truly I say unto you, All their sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they utter: but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin: because they say, ‘He has an unclean spirit’.” (Book of Mark 3:28-29) The unforgiveable sin is clearly going so far in one's rebellion as to call the work of God the work of Satan. (which is what the Pharisees did in this passage). If humans can be put in this category for doing this, then the author of the lie, Satan, must also be in the unforgiven category.

Satan doesn't exist, and Osiris could care less even if he did. The only way this good vs. evil duality will ever be reconciled is in the minds of humans...the exclusive place that it resides.
