No, but I remember my Bad Company cassette being eaten by the cassette player, along with my Steve Miller Band too.

Yes I do. I also remember hooking two Delco 8-tracks together and wiring 1 head to use both amps, to get quad control on the speakers in the car.Ruined a good Momma Cass on that one.Before that we had record players that played 45's in the car.
