  • Your first call needs to be to your credit card company. Explain the situation in detail to them and they'll let you know what your options are, if any. If you signed for it, they *may* tell you that it's your responsibility to know what you're signing; if the business told you one thing and then charged you another, you may have some recourse. But call the credit card company right away and let them guide you through it.
  • Most places offer a refusal to pay option as long as you express your concern with the service within 72 hours. It's one of those fine print things.
  • Did this company falsely charge you? In other words did you agree to the terms only to get the terms changed on you? If not, then you are bound by the agreement you made! Or did you need more visits to your doctor and it ended up costing more, in which you didn't realize, so it's actually something you indeed owe yet you dont' want to pay??? If you owe the bill,then make payments on it!
