Since forever, what a person does is essentially what he is, for example, a preacher is one who preaches or a teacher is a person that teaches. Given that way of thinking, a stupid persons is one who does stupid things.(Atleast for the moment) I guess if you are known for repetative stupidity, that would warrant the appropriate title.
