No. You must realize that not every person is "made" the same way. Not one person has the exact same body as you do. It is only abnormal if ejaculation hurts/is painful, and if you can't ejaculate (i.e. nothing comes out).

The world record is 6"9" but average is only 14" and normal is 0 - 28".
