What happens if an adult female don;t take baths regularly?

Nothing, if they shower instead. If they don't wash at all then they smell bad.

The same as when adult males don't take baths - they stink.

Nothing particularly earth shattering. They may not smell very good and might have some skin problems. The idea of bathing is really a contemporary one. Until a few hundred years ago people were superstitious about bathing. Few did it.

If you don't know...I imagine there are a lot of things you don't know. Yeah. They start to smell bad. Except for Angelina Jolie.
