Pre adolescents can copulate. Boys get erections from the get-go. If neither partner has become fertile than there would be no pregnancy. I'm sure it has happened but is not something to be encouraged.

Sure they do. It is just that the record was set back in 1933 and has yet to be broken. Guinness does nothing to encourage a record like this, they merely reported it.
