When someone puts Germ-X (washless hand sanitizer) on the toilet paper when using the restroom and uses it to clean the body part even more, why does it burn? Why doesn't it burn on other parts of the body?

    Because Germ-X contains alcohol. If you're using it on a sensitive part of the body, such as the gentitalia, then it will burn a little; as opposed to the hands, which are more calloused (I hope.)
