Question

Help answer this question below.

When I drive and turn the steering wheel, it makes a sound that sounds like low power steering fluid. However, it's full. It lasts for about 5 - 10 minutes than disappears. Do I need to flush the power steering?

A loose belt will sometimes make a squeeling sound when the motor is cool. Tighten the belt, then check for the sound. I don't think flushing the fluid will accomplish anything. You did not indicate the make and model of your car. Some of the more exoitic autos urge you to flush the power steering at 100,000 miles.
