Yes. And it was apparently 75 million years ago, not 40 million. I hate to be judgemental, but I think these people are a bit loony. More info at www.xenu.net

Its from the teachings of scientologists its a bit crazy. It's refered to as "Incident II". I found this all on wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xenu its kindof interesting it a weird way.

There's a lot of nastiness in these answere. I'll just politely state that I have audited several of Scientology's upper levels and have found them very rewarding. I gained higher abililty to perceive what people mean, versus what they sometimes say. Oddly, my reaction speed and coordination increased. A bunch of chronic physical symptoms disappeared. I gained greater energy to work at my job and still have life left over for family and volunteer work. I gained creative abilities to put into my work exactly what I had in my mind. And it became verrrry real to me that the essential "I" for anyone is not his or her human body. And that last realization has a *lot* of ramifications!
