Has anyone ever felt like they were the only one living and everyone else was robots? what causes that?

Yes, I did when I was about 13, and I figured that if the robots were good enough to mimic humans, you would never know. In fact, if they had been posing as humans all your life, you wouldn't actually know what a real human would act like, so for all I know, humans were nothing like how everbody seemed. Here's the real twist though - what if you were a robot as well, and never knew about it because of the way your were programmed? I think it's just general paranoia, but ironically, a few years after I had this thought, the Matrix came out and dealt with related topics.
