I bought a Dual layer DVD burner and when I am tring to copy, it asks me to insert a dual layer DVD. This DVD burner worked on Windows ME but not on Windows XP. Can I fix this?

    Yes you can. Check for latest updates / drivers on Google.com, this normally install the proper settings for your operating system to be more compatible with your hardware, I think you just need more updated software for XP! If your writer is LG or Samsung (just an example) search for Latest XP Drivers, it should get your hardware working in a flash!!!
