You should go see your doctor. He or she should be able to talk to you about what a realistic weight is for you, and how to tone up the weight you do have. In addition, if you seriously have a body image problem, perhaps you should seek a good weight therapist who can help you adjust your perception of your body shape. It's entirely possible that you are at a reasonable weight for your frame type, you just need to have more muscle than you currently do to look good. Please don't go the ana route. It's really no good.

As a "recovering" anorexic, I can tell you to run as fast as you can to the doctor right away. Go now before it's too late.

i know how you feel. i didnt eat and exercised every moment i could, and when people started to notive i would eat and later throw up. get help before "it" gets you. oh and believe being thin isnt that great , people treat you the same, talk to you the same,nothing changes. and if thats the only thing you can control.........then its better to just lose control of everything . with love-plz eat,email me if you need more help. faithforallandallforgod@yahoo.com im not some freak either, im 13 and im a female so dont get all scared,you can trust me. hope i helped

Go to your doctor or check into a hospital ER. Tell them how you feel You have a condition that can be treated, but if it is not treated can be very serious and even kill you. Please seek out medical help, and good luck to you.

Go to see a Doctor at once, it sounds very much as if you have a psychological problem . Do not continue to lose weght that causes trouble to your heart , kidneys and other major organs beside your digestive system

As suggested here, this is a condition that you CAN get help and recover from. It's not easy but you've taken a very big first step. YOU realize that you are underweight....that's a great truth that you can use to support you in becoming HEALTHY, both in your body fat, your over all weight, and most important of all HOW YOU SEE YOURSELF! As far as I'm concerned you get a pat on the back, a standing ovation and gold stars! There are so many pictures of both Females and Males too that promote the scary sort of thinking you've fallen into here. Remember when you were a little kid and could enjoy foods that you liked to eat? You didn't worry about fat, or eating too much. Most little kids stop eating when they are full, and most especially like sweets and foods that are considered to be treats. You don't have to dive into a bunch of cookies, candy, cakes and pies..but if you want to LIVE and be healthy...you have to learn to enjoy and accept REGULAR HEALTHY foods as a benefit to your life and body again. When you loose too much fat, your body starts to digest your ORGANS...the ones you need to live like your heart, kidneys, liver. Throwing up tears up the lining of your throat, stomach, eats away the enamel from your teeth,..ruining a potentially pretty, white smile. With good and honest help and your own will, you can learn what is wrong and harmful in your thoughts right now, and also learn to see the real you, and how to maintain and keep your body in the best possible health. A healthy person is MUCH more attractive than one that is too skinny or too fat. Please think and look into getting some help. I'd bet most people here would agree that you have something awesome to add to any group of people you choose to share with. We'd rather have a chance to see just how awesome you will become.

Tell a friend. Then you'll have help with this. Once you've talked this out with your friend ask her to come with you to a doctor or counselor at school. Having that person beside you is gonna help a lot.

I have always felt the same way as you do! You should talk to freinds or family about it and definitely go and see you GP, I know that now you may feel you do not want to but it is really imortant! It sounds as though you may have an eating disorder, so analyze exactly what is happening before you can't do anything about it! Good luck, just be happy and think yourself lucky to be skinny!!
