  • Probably not, unless in the beginning of your improvements, you have a written contract or lease agreement, with you landlord specifically stating the facts of the improvements you made. and, terms of reimbursment, if any. money for moving is a tough question. probably not, if the above were also not agreed upon by both parties, in writing.
  • If it's not documented, I wouldn't count on it....you can sweet talk your landlord and you might get somewhere..........
