When I plug my Craig 128 MB MP3 player into my computers USB port it shows that it is filled with music. When I unplug it from the USB port, it says that there are no files. What's going on?

Odds are you aren't putting the music files in the correct directory. When you put files on the player's drive it will take up room on it's hard drive, but in order to actually be able to play the music files you put in, you have to put it in the predefined directory as described in the owner's manual. All MP3s should go into the AUDIOS/MUSIC folder. If you record onto it, your voice files will be in AUDIOS/DVR in .wav format. You can probably put .wav files IN this folder too, though I haven't tried it, and play it through the voice section in the MP3 player's menu.
