    It depends on the drug. Symptoms of a heroine overdose will be much different than the symptoms of a methamphetamine overdose.

    every drug has what is called a "therapeutic range", which means the level in your blood at which the drug is working effectively ... below that range, it's simply not doing anything, and that's called "sub-therapeutic" ... inside the range is the "effective dose" ... above that range, you start getting undesirable "side effects" ... higher yet, you get "toxic" effects ... and higher still is "overdose" ... alcohol is a simple example most people can relate to ... drink half a beer, and you feel nothing (sub-therapeutic) ... drink 3 or 4 beers, and you get a pretty nice buzz (effective range) ... drink 8 beers, and you'll probably be pretty out of it, the room spinning, and might vomit (toxic) ... and keep on drinking even more, and you'll pass out (overdose) ... so an overdose is basically where the bad side effects of a drug are getting worse and worse, and overtake the benefits of the drug ... but since each drug has different side effects, overdosing on each will be different ... and you can "overdose" on pretty much anything ... Stevie Wonder was a premature baby, and back in the day they gave high concentrations of oxygen to premies ... what they didn't know then was that high oxygen levels damage the retina in a premie's eyes, and that's why he's blind ... technically, he "overdosed" on oxygen, by having toxic side-effects ... and one more thing ... someone else mentioned "allergic" reaction, which is a common misconception ... that is entirely different, is controlled by your immune system, and completely independent of the dose you take ... if someone was severely allergic to alcohol, half a beer could kill them by anaphylactic shock, but that small amount isn't an "overdose"

    it depends , like- BACzero - said if its heroine it will be different from the Meth,apmh whatever.
    from my personal expierience with overdosing with Amphetamine several times - i felt sleepy, couldnt walk, i barely could talk(i actually didnt talk at all)when i closed my eyes i was separated from my body, like i was a sleep, and when i opened my eyes i was reborn, heard echoes, i mean really scary ones, and felt like i was on my way to the heaven or hell , that was creepy, i really cant explain coz u have 2 expierience it urself(But even dont think about it, dont touch drugs) it was really hard for me to stoptaking em , and now when i did , im very happy with myself, i even stopped smoking weed, which was something i couldnt live without

    from my personal expierience with overdosing with Amphetamine several times - i felt sleepy, couldnt walk, i barely could talk(i actually didnt talk at all)when i closed my eyes i was separated from my body, like i was a sleep, and when i opened my eyes i was reborn, heard echoes, i mean really scary ones, and felt like i was on my way to the heaven or hell , that was creepy, i really cant explain coz u have 2 expierience it urself(But even dont think about it, dont touch drugs) it was really hard for me to stoptaking em , and now when i did , im very happy with myself, i even stopped smoking weed, which was something i couldnt live without
