Is he passive aggressively insulting me? (see description)

In the middle of sex, the guy who I was with said it was a good thing my body is nice because my personality isn't. He said it was a joke.

    It may be a statement of truth, in such case he may be stating the obvious.

    If he does this sort of thing regularly, then yes he is being passive aggressive. Doing it once or twice may be a twisted sense of humor that was intended as humor but you didn't see the humor in it.

    There is tone of voice, facial features and a few other things to take into account which you did not portray in your post to us.

    So this could be 'anything' depending on several factors.

    If it does bother you, then you need to talk to him (not talk at him, talk TO him) about it.
