It is not so much that there are heaps of them, it is just those who are successful are ones that have worked smartly... I personally do not see an overly large population of European models as opposed to America, Australian, British etc...

In general, the poorer the country, the more beautiful the women, because there is heightened competition for the lower number of men who can actually support a family. After the Soviet economy collapsed, young women simply paid more attention, time, and money on their appearance, and if you've ever seen the paparrazzi photos of female celebrities without their makeup on, you know what a difference that can make.

They are thought to have more appealing knees and cheekbones. Their legs are longer too. usually.

Women from the east block countries work very hard at whatever they set their minds on. That might have something to do with it + they are usually slender, have high cheek bones and pale skin.
