Exercise...I kid you not!
Walk, run, lift weights...get into a regular rhythm of exercise and don't focus on the short term.
If the work becomes boring change your routine.
Think outside yourself.
If you have a little time help someone else. Mentoring, volunteering...breaking rocks...quit being scared...I promise you if you look around you you can find others who have troubles too.
Perspective is everything right?
Everyone has anxiety and it's okay to ask for help with it.
I have a rather strong case of anxiety myself. I have realized though that when I stay busy and set goals for myself I do not have so many problems.
In other words, just fight through the pain and you will get stronger, I guarantee it.
There are drugs out there that will make you feel like the anxiety is gone, but really the drug just makes you so high that you don't realize you're self-conscious and results in you looking like a crazy person.
Valerian is over-the-counter and has calming effects. It might not be strong enough for anxiety attacks but it is herbal and available at health food stores.
Marijuana
Alcohol
oat straw is super great for anxiety . amoung other great health benifits , energy , great mood , health etc .. .. and it has no side effects unless you have an oat allergy . super safe
research it .. it is great stuff !!!
