I don't think it does. Especially if you are out of town for a work related reason. But, whatever the reason or need, as long as it isn't hooking up with a guy from your own past or some other shady reason, I think you have a right to expect him to toe the line and behave as if you were still there with him. In other words, he should be trustworthy, coz if he can't do that for a short period when you have to be apart, he won't do it at all.
Just my opinion. And remember, HE might have innocent intentions, but who knows what HER agenda is??? If he left her in the past, her intentions are probably nothing good.

Maybe he went to see his kid. You can't jump to conclusions right away, it may not mean anything. While you're gone he has to find ways to keep busy and it doesn't have to mean sex.

2. Is it okay to hang out with her after she "done broke up" with her man? It depends. They are bound together for life by the child they have. Is it okay to be unfaithful? No, of course not. Should they maintain an amicable relationship? Absolutely.

If he's seeing her in a secretive way, confront him. But he has every right - and an obligation - to keep in touch with her.
