He leaves his cell phone around, and let's just say my boyfriend isn't good with cell phones. I had to teach him how to use his voicemail and set it up for him. He leaves it around there's never any calls or texts I don't recognize. But if we are out and when I'm on my way home he says I'll call you tonight he bearly ever does, and when I ask him about it the next day he just says well I fell asleep when I got home. Or there's been a few times when we were supposed to have plans and then he calls me 2-3 hours after the fact and says he's sorry something came up or he had to do something for his father who can't do alot of things himself. It may be nothing, but I don't understand if something comes up, all I ask if just for him to call and tell me the difference so I'm not left hanging or wondering where he is.
I have asked my boyfriend if he is cheating to just tell me and be honest with me and he swears he isn't. I'm Lost, I'm starting to wonder if I'm making a something out of nothing.

Why do you want proof of your bf cheating on you. It should be the other way around it seems to me....trusting him in a healthy, mutual relationship.
It may be your bf isn`t as into you as he used to be and is using these excuses to not see you. It doesn`t necessarily mean he is cheating.
A better question to ask him is if he wants to continue the relationship with you.
