You might consider a procedure called "thermage". It's an alternative to surgery that uses radio waves. There is some discomfort but supposedly no pain, and you don't have to do anything special before or after the procedure like you would for a surgery. You can go back to work the same day.

Unfortunately there is little that can be done other then surgery. While I like the term thermage, being so similar to my name, I don’t think it is for loose skin you describe. It is more for wrinkles and the sagging of old age, not the extreme levels of loose skin that accompanies weight loss of 60 pounds or more. I say diet now, and worry about the skin later. Your health is way more important. Once you lose the weight, then see how much loose skin you have, and decide if it is something you can live with, or not. For some people it is minor, while others have a lot of loose skin.

EAT APPLES, AND LOTS OF THEM, i have a book called 'fruits that heal' and have discovered that apples are ONE OF the best all-round fruits for all problems. my advice is one in the morning followed by a glass of milk or you can have it with it if you want and this should be done BEFORE breakfast EVERY DAY. you will feel the difference within weeks. if anyone want any advice on other illnesses, they should contact me on arsenalfan772@hotmail.com
