It definitely is true that there are transvestites prostituting themselves as females but there is no way of knowing what the percentage is. Perhaps an individual police department may know from arrests but unless all of the police deptartments pooled their information there is no way of knowing the percentage. Even the police records probably wouldn't be accurate but probably the best yardstick you would have.
