Run a taping knife across the entire length of drywall tape to squeeze out excess bubbles. Do not push too hard on the knife, or you will damage the tape and wall. Repeat this process until all the bubbles are gone.
Make a small slit into one of the bubbles with a razor blade. Push the air out with your finger, then push the tape down so it is flat. Continue this process until all the bubbles have been flattened.
