Why is the muscle in my fore-arm larger than my bicep?

    The fore-arm is made up of small fast twitch muscles so they are easy to sculp and enlarge. I may be wrong.

    Mine too. In my case it comes from years of guitar playing, tree and rock climbing, and using hand tools such as pliers, which exercise the grip. The forearm muscles operate the fingers, and give you your grip-strength.
    Alternatively, you may be Popeye's long lost grandson.
