The answer is yes, you could--it all depends on the credit card agreement. There are many different types of agreements, and some charge a yearly or monthly fee or other fees. If you have questions like this, you should read through your agreement. If you have trouble understanding it (some of the agreements are poorly-written and hard to understand) you may want to call the service number on the back of the card and ask about it.

I don't think you can ever be charged interest if you pay your credit card bill in full when the bill is due. Some credit cards require an annual fee to have the card or to be part of special programs they offer. Read the agreement that comes with the credit card and it should tell you if there are any fees. As one person said if you don't understand something than call the customer service number for the card and ask them. I hope this helps.
