It will happen, and be very affordable to rich people.

It is possible now, private space tourism companies are working on ways to make it more affordable. The real problem is fuel, it is very costly, once we can figure out new propulsion techniques, I am sure the cost will dramatically drop.

Yeah i think so. Once carbon nanotubes secrets are ours to play with then we can build space elevators, this will make it quick and easy to get into space, then all you have to do is board the spacecoach to your next destination.
