As safe as you can get really.
i would say it is very very safe.
chances of condoms and birth control are pretty high in themselves, so when they are being used together, there is high safety, i imagine.
of course the best answer for that is abstinence is the only 100% safe sex.. but 2 forms of protection are better than 1. lots of people get pregnant while using a condom because it can break, could put it on wrong, or it could come off. birth control isnt 100% effective either, its pretty effective on protecting against pregnancy but it doesnt protect you from STDs.
It is about 99%, but there is still a chance of getting pregnant if one fails. I know a couple of people who were protected by both and still got pregnant. So, the only way that is 100% is abstinence.
That all depends on which one of you is wearing the condom and which one is on birth control.
Safer than either one alone.
I was 14 or so hours late on taking my birth control, i still took it..but, i had sex..but the condom broke. Pregnancy chances?
