Do you think it's important to be ambitious? If 'yes', do you think 'less' of other people that aren't particularly ambitious themselves?

Of course it's important, but since we can't all be all of the time I do not look down on myself or others for wanting to give up every now and then.

As a manager I find lazy people to be great! I assign them a difficult or complicated job and I hold them accountable for the results, I don't nudge or suggest. I let them find their way. To this day, EACH one of them has found the most efficient way to do a tough job.... I love it.

Yes - I think people may go through hard times and get off track some so I can't really look down on people Or think less of them -

I Think it is Important to be ambitious. I don't think less of those who aren't but... sometimes it can irritate me.
