Yes, I do believe that there will be one. I believe that it may even be soon.

I'm not cure what you mean by "one world order." If you mean one government, I think it's possible but it wouldn't last long. It's too unwieldy. A lot of people prefer to be self-governing and it's hard to visualize how people from distinctly different cultures and climates could all be properly served by one governing body. It's hard enough for everyone to be heard even by their local governments in the current systems. I think there would be daily insurrections, juntas and revolutions that would become unmanageable.
