Is thier such a thing as "green eggs."? From green eggs and ham.

I have seen green eggs (ie, the inside, not the shell). Trust me, you would NOT want to eat them!!!!

Once I made eggs with green food coloring in them for my younger sister after reading her "Green Eggs and Ham" but she refused to eat them because they looked gross. I actually had trouble eating them to, the visual appearance was hard to get past. :oP

When I lived in California, a friend of mine recounted a story of crewing on a TransPac sailboat race. They encountered rough seas from the start and into the night. His balance was not so shaken as much of the crew so when a calmer morning broke he was scheduled to make breakfast. It had been too rough the first day to cook anything so he planned a special breakfast with avocados that he brought on board as a surprise treat. He served scrambled eggs with diced ham and avocados. He did not expect the green avocado juice to tint the eggs causing many of the crew to lean over the rail again.
