Technically, it is possible. The amount of sperm in pre-ejaculate is small, however, and the chance that she ovulates while on the pill is small. Nevertheless, while the likelihood is very small that she will get pregnant from pre-ejaculate while on the pill, a possibility still exists, and she could get pregnant.

As long as the girl is taking her pills as directed (at the same time each day, without missing any doses) then the chances of her becoming pregnant AT ALL are very, very slim. The answer is still yes, there is a possibility that it could happen - a remote possibility, but nonetheless.
