lol, I see the same thing. I think it's seeing the practicallity of it. Walking a dog used to be an enjoyable event, now it's been reduced to being a human port-a-pot for an animal. Thus the reason I don't have a dog.
Don't get me wrong, I love dogs, and would love to have one, but I refuse to until I have a large back garden (fenced in) for the dog to run in. Animals weren't meant to live in flats, and be walked about on a lead all their lives.
I wish I saw a man walking his dog carrying a bag of shit. The damn people around here don't clean up after their mutts.

Beats me.
I suppose it beats the h*ll out of him seeing me carry a shovel full of dog sh*t from my yard over to his front porch.
Responsible pet owners...I love 'em! Saves me the trouble of having to clean my shovel afterwards.
