    New York-based OppenheimerFunds Inc. was founded in 1960 by Leon Levy. As of January 2010, OppenheimerFunds has grown to become one of the largest mutual fund groups in the U.S., with more than $120 billion in assets. Levy died in 2003 at age 77.
