How do you get the HM Surf in Pokemon Ruby?

    You have to beat the Petalburg gym leader and go to Wally's house in Petalburg. His dad will say that he wants you to have HM03 and there you go!

    go to wally's house in petalburg it is right beside the gym. Wally's dad is in there walk up to him and he will give you the hm surf

    go to petalburg then go to wally's house his dad will give give you the hm surf wally's house is right beside the petalburg gym.

    aftter you beat Petalburg's gym you go to Willy's dad write on the other side of the gym and talk to his dad

    After you beat Petalburg City gym go to Wally's house which is in Petalburg City then his dad will give you SURF HM03

    First you have to beat dad at Petalburg City gym, then you go to the house next door to the gym and Wallys parents will give it to you
