No. I just don't show up.
-
I was fired once, and I did not say what I thought (as the person would not have cared anyway).
-
I got fired once and proceeded to tell the boss and everybody in earshot what I thought (loudly and colorfully) I had to post 150.00 bail to get home. Oddly it turned out to be the best thing I ever left.

I did lol. I worked for a company for close to 8 years, and did the job was not easy. I had the best stats, highest success rates, commendations etc. I was never promoted, I was always taking chit from my boss for no reason. I knew she didnt like me. Then they brought in a head hunter to get rid of many of us, so I did everything right till I found another job, but the new woman pushed me beyond my limits. I said some things and words that made her hair stand out up straight, and then went to my boss and told her exactly what I thought of HER too. I drove home feeling so relieved. They didnt care what I said, I did

When I decided I wanted to quit after working ten years for a huge company, I took my three weeks vacation first. Then I wrote everything in a letter and presented a copy to my boss and my immediate supervisor. I waited for ex-boss to finish reading the letter. Not too long after boss was fired and supervisor quit.

Never, and I think it's poor practice to go through life burning bridges. You may need that reference when you are unemployed (or woefully underemployed).
-
I've always been afraid to do that. Didn't want to burn bridges
-
I sure did. I marched into her office and told her she was the best boss I'd ever had and the only thing I regret about leaving is not having her for a boss anymore. Hmph! Showed her!
-
She knew all along. I'm not one to hide my feelings
-
No, I'm sure that he had heard what I had to say many times before!:)

Why not? It's good for both of us .I've never done any thing for no reasons. And a normal being is willing to listen to advice.
