    Great Answer

    Professionally Researched. (What's this?)

Experian must report derogatory items, such as late payments, collection accounts and charge-offs from the date of their last activity for seven years. Items that are listed for longer than seven years can be removed through a dispute. Bankruptcies and foreclosures are documented on Experian for ten years.
