I'd tell this other woman in heartbeat. You wrote the question was written 20 days ago. Have you done anything yet? If not...I'd tell her what he was telling you. She may want to blame you. if this guy is the one who lead you to believe that he didnt have a girlfriend that means he doesnt care so much about her. she has the right to know but if you dont know her she might not believe you...hard choice to make

Yes, I think you should. She deserves the truth and the guy you were seeing needs to be taught a lesson. Nobody should get away with that. It's cruel, full stop. Tell her and clear the air. You'll feel so much better for telling her and being honest.
