I was at work, and at the end of the day I took my prescription hydrocodone, after I had already clocked out to go home. I took two because my back was hurting, but then another employee got sick and had to leave. I ran a stop sign because I was in a hurry and got pulled over. I had some hydrocodone in a bag in my pocket, where they had been partially broken in the dishroom, they said that putting the pills in the bag was a crime as well. I willingly gave them to the police and agreed to a search of my car. They found my pipe and confiscated it as well. I guess I didn't do well enough on the sobriety tests, cause they took me to the station and tested me again, keep in mind it was like 23 degrees when I got pulled over and I was scared so I did better on the second set of tests, but they seemed to base their conclusions on my pupil dialation. I submitted to blood, urine, and breath tests. What do I need to worry about? I've never had a DUI before but I did get in trouble for selling pot when I was 18, 22 years ago. Haven't been in trouble since though. Please help! I need some good, knowledgable advuce please. Oh, and I live in Missouri.
