Any tips for a 13 year old to lose weight in 5 days?

    Five days is not long enough to lose weight properly. You could hurt your body. May I suggest eating at least five small meals a day to speed your metabolism. If you eat peanut butter it will make you feel full longer and is very healthy for you. Eat broiled fish of chicken and a veggie and always in small portions. Also stay away from sugar and soft drinks. To add to this walk. A fast walk is best . You'll be surprised how fast you'll lose the weight and it will stay off. Good luck and stay healthy.

    water or milk b4 a meal to make you feel fuller, eat slowly, eat lots of small meals instead of a few big meals (if you're allowed) and drink LOTS OF WATER but stay away from soft drinks,
    also apples, oranges, nuts, carrot, celery and you should be on a start!

    your still growing,so dont deprieve yourself from the vitamins in food your body needs.if you want to diet /at least wait till your 18

    well to be honest thats a no theres no way anyone in any age can lose weight in 5 days
    .

    but if she can keep it up theres a diet called the water diet the only thing u should eat in a day is water lots of water and with activity (sports ) she can lose impressive weight i did that 2years ago and i lost 10kiloes in 3weeks
