Help answer this question below.

My ex gf was abused in her teens, we dated when she was 23 for 4 years, during which time she had sex with 6 other men(she told me this the night she brokeup,broke my heart). What does her future hold, she is with another guy now. Can she find love

    Her self-respect was stolen when she was abused. Often such victims come from abusive households where the only attention and affection they get is when they are being sexually abused, so they learn to crave sex to satisfy those needs. She should go into therapy. Group therapy with others who have suffered similar traumatic issues is especially helpful. Either an incest group or perhaps even a Sexaholics Anonymous group.

    When a girl is raped or molested, it takes it's toll on the part of the brain that is used for protection and survival. Many women abstain after something so traumatic and others become hypersexual, which is what she is doing. A good therapist is what she needs. I cannot predict her furture, but if she keeps this behavior up, she will live to regret it. Just pray for her, and be there if she ever needs you

    UNLESS she gets psych help thru a mental health councilor she MIGHT continue her destructive ways...

    She can find "True Love" if she is willing to deal with her abuse...
