You'll be 18 before the courts would get around to hearing your case. Not to mention that the process is costly and I'm sure you can't afford that with medical bills piling up and the cost of a newborn to worry about. Stick it out for the rest of the year and then you can do whatever you want.

I just went to DMV in CA to get a new copy of my DL. The clerk said MAss is "holding" my license. How do I rectify this? I have a perfect driving record, and am dirt poor. on SDI. Any help is appreciated!!
