Meditate. Breathe. Find some time everyday for just you. I always tell myself that eveything others do is because of them, not me. It usually reduces stress.

Solve them. There are things you can do to relieve stress, but the way to get rid of the situation is to actually actively try to remove or solve the situation, and that solution depends on the situation.

Walk away for a breather and try to relax before going back into it - Drama can really bring you down -- I stay away from it as much as possible
