first mip of alchohol in houston tx what should i plea?
okai here is the story i parked my car and decied to take a walk round it was night time i ended passing by a mercedez bens dealer shop all of sudden 6 cops came and stared asking me question they stared acusing me that i was trying to steal but even the contrusction people there backed me up and said that i was just walking cops found nothing on me so they searched my car meanwhile the officer was treatn me imma screw you up imma get u fired from your job for no apperent reason well anywho they found one unopen beer in my trunck and arested me i was in jail for one night and got released what shoul i plea? i know the excuse is old alredy bout i didnt noe it was there but in my case im being truthfull. im low on money and dont got money for a lawyer what should i plea . thank you for your time
