Just hang in there. I have felt the same this last few months but remember you have family and friends that care. Try reaching out for help. I know that is what I did to ABers and received a lot of kindness. help and support.

Find people to talk to, take up some sort of drug that makes you feel better, or just find some other small hobby. If you are seriously experiencing problems, then you need to talk to somebody. I am 100 percent positive you aren't the only one feeling the way you are feeling. Just get up from your computer, and call a family member... or a friend... or someone who will talk to you for money. It's all good!

Without knowing what you want to give up on, a good idea in general is to find something or someone to care about - God knows we can always use more love in this crazy world. Try to get your mind off yourself and how bad you feel. Best way to do that is by giving your time and energy to help someone else.

Know that there is ALWAYS something better for you. You have to just KNOW that. Faith, (in whatever you believe in), works wonders.
