Honestly Tom, I dislike Coldplay, and especially their song "When I Ruled the World." I've said that elsewhere here on AB (lol). I find the song repetitive, poorly sung, with an irritating, unoriginal melody. But that's just my opinion. :)

I'm very, very conservative in what I listen to,so others would easily call me a prude...although I do enjoy the symphony quite often, I listen to Christian contemporary, and many of the old Baptist Hyms. I sing to many senior citizens, and that is what they need when thier time is so near the end. It's my pleasure.

its not the greatest song in the world but i like it it has great energy he shapes his phrases nicely and its always nice to hear singers with unique voices that arent ashamed of it lol i would put it on my ipod lol my little brother loves that song

No. I absolutely despise coldplay. The guy can barely sing and the instrumentation is awful. Some good bands do come from Britain; Bullet For My Valentine, Snow Patrol, etc. Coldplay is not one of the good ones.
