Can Anyone On Her Teach Me How To Dance? I Don't Think That There Is Any Help For Me!Do You Think That It's Possible For Me To Get Rhythm.I Really Love Hip Hop And It Would Make An Huge Impact On My Life If I Learned To Dance. I Really Need Some Rhythm.

    Just dance and dance and look in the mirror while you dance. Get someone who knows how to dance to dance with you. I scored the lowest score ever seen on a test for rhythm that I took some years ago, I love music, but just ain't got rhythm. So? Dance!

    I recommend renting a video which can teach you some steps. There are some specifically for hip hop. You could also ask a friend who knows how to dance or check into dance lessons.

    ok. This is what I get my students to do as I teach bollywood dancing. In the beginning many of my students cannot dance. I ask them to go home and put a cd on they really like and try to move to the music. then the following week I get them to show their moves to me. If a certain tune triggers you move your body to it.you will get the rhythem in your body this way.
    have fun and enjoy moving to the music and rhythem will get built up slowly.dance infront of the mirror. learn to smile as you dance.
