It sounds like some sort of ear problem, perhaps vertigo or labyrinthitis. I've suffered with labyrinthitis, and had a similar symptom to what you describe. The best thing to do is to go and get checked out by your doctor. If it is some sort of infection, there are tablets they can give you to ease your symptoms.

First, make sure you have eaten and are not dehydrated. If it is not that, you should see your physician to rule out other problems like high blood pressure, medication interactions, or an inner ear infection.

The liquids within your inner ear have thrown off your equilibrium. You can try medication or just stop drinking coffee. Maybe you have a brain bug? sorry.
