Help answer this question below.

What is my "browser's bookmark toolbar?" I am instructed to drag a link to it. I've tried to drag the link to every toolbar I have, but nothing is happening. Help!
I apologize if I didn't categorize this correctly; I'm not very computer savvy.

It may not be visible. Click on the View menu and hover over 'Toolbars'. If there isn't a check mark next to 'Bookmarks' on the list that appears click on 'Bookmarks' to display it.
